Too many personal trainers are trying to overcomplicate things

Unfortunately I see too many P.Ts are trying to overcomplicate things

After all, if clients are paying good money, shouldn’t we try to impress them with fancy exercises?

The answer is NO

I respect my clients' time and most of my clients can dedicate 3-5 hours per week to fitness (and that's including cardio) Therefore, in a workout, I want them to perform the best 1-3 exercises per each muscle group. Mostly compound movements.

Not some overcomplicated fancy and unnecessary BS.

Keep it simple Stick to basics

Well said! It's refreshing to see a focus on simplicity in personal training. Often, trainers overcomplicate routines with fancy techniques, forgetting that consistency and basic exercises yield the best results. A straightforward approach not only builds trust but also makes fitness accessible and sustainable for everyone. Solar Installation Perth

I agree! Sometimes, simplicity is key. Basic exercises and consistency are often more effective than complicated routines. Custom Filters
