About Kosta
My passion for sports and fitness started at 10 years old, when I represented my school for the first time in XC (cross-country). I was a very active child, and as a teenager played a variety of sports, including athletics, triathlon and martial arts. At the age of 18 I began my studies at Wingate College, studying Health and Physical Education. During this time I worked at a local gym, while also being a running coach for a Nike running club.
Upon completion of my studies, I began working as a physical education teacher at a local high school. During this time, I also worked as a strength and conditioning coach for a youth football club in the afternoons, and in the evenings I coached both running groups and fitness classes.
In 2017 I moved to Adelaide, where I was employed as a strength and conditioning coach for the SANFL. I also worked with youth swimmers at a local swimming club. Right from my early days of working in a commercial gym, to present day, I have been lucky to experience coaching a wide variety of clients. This includes people of all ages and abilities, including very beginners, to state level athletes.
When I moved to Melbourne in January 2020, I decided to focus on business full time. It was a challenging time to start as we all know what happened in early 2020.
But now, fast forward three years, my business is alive and kicking. I’m very passionate about helping my clients on their fitness journey, and without a doubt, it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
